Do not follow Mapquest directions when you get to Island Falls. Beaver Dam Point Rd and Grant Rd are wrong.
Directions to VER From all points -Take I-95 to Island Falls Exit 276 -Take 159 East to the center of Island Falls. (Post Office will be on your left.) Go Straight. -This is Route 2 East. Go about 3 miles. You will see May Mt. Variety Gulf Station on your left. Turn right at the next road (Pond Rd.) which is about 3/10 mile. -Go until the road forks, another 3/10 mile and take the right onto Walker Settlement Rd. -Go about 1/2 mile and take a right onto Dow Farm Road. -At the top of the hill, the resort is on your left.
