The tennis court is being updated.

There are new chairs being made for all the decks.

There is a new gazebo by the clubhouse.

Landscaping is being updated.

The clubhouse deck by the pool has been replaced with composite decking.

All the decks and porches have been stained a dark green. 

All the buildings have been stained a dark brown.

The resort road/driveway has been repaved along with the parking lots and some of the walkways. 

Building 1, 2, 3, 4 and the clubhouse have new roofs. 

Coffee tables, end tables and other wood furniture have been refinished.

There is a new fountain in the clubhouse.

More balusters have been added to the upstairs loft railings making them much safer for children.

There are new quilts, curtains and blinds in the bedrooms.
