The decks on Buildings 1, 2 and 3 have been stained a dark green. The guys are working on Building 4 now and will do Building 5 this year. They look very nice.
The resort road/driveway has been repaved along with the parking lots and some of the walkways.
Building 3 has a new roof.
Buildings 1 and 4 has been caulked and restained.
Coffee tables, end tables and other wood furniture are being refinished. More ballusters are being added to the upstairs loft railing making them much safer for children.
There are new quilts in the bedrooms.
